Did your child get their first smartphone before turning 13? A massive new study sounds a serious warning. Researchers tracked over 100,000 young adults (ages 18–24) and found that owning a smartphone before age 13 correlates with poorer mental health in early adulthood.
Early phone access opens doors to risks like:
